All Bright Eyes Hats are supplied with a 1 year guarantee
The LED lights that are contained within Bright Eyes Hats are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will either be replaced, refunded, or repaired free of charge where possible during this period.
The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:
- The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cabinet parts or casing, knobs or consumable items.
- The product must be correctly operated in accordance with the instructions.
- Specifically Bright Eyes Hats should only be washed in accordance with the instructions contained on the label of the hat. Under no circumstances should they be machine washed or submerged in water.
- The guarantee will be rendered invalided if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by inexpert repair or if any of the electrical or electronic component parts have been tampered with in any way.
- The supplier of Bright Eyes Hats disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
- The guarantee is in addition to, and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
